David Ellis BA (Hons) has over 17 years of experience in the field of inspections and consultancy.
David has conducted inspections of all classes of business and all types of contracts in the U.S.A., U.K. and Europe.
In addition to audit and inspection work, he has also completed a large number of commutations for clients in a number of areas.
David has provided arbitration / litigation support to firms in the U.K. and the U.S.A. and has provided expert testimony in both jurisdictions. In recent years he has been involved in a number of pre-acquisition due diligence reviews of portfolios / companies in respect of some high profile market transactions.
Job Summary
After leaving university in 1993, David joined a third-party consultancy firm and was there for six years before joining a similar firm. In 2000, David joined Cranmore and in January 2010 he was appointed U.K. Managing Director.
